The Fitmaster combines all the features you want in a bicycle fitting machine:

  • Easy to Use: With quick release levers in all positions, it's easy to set up and change any setting for you clients. Center to center rulers (See details below) make it easy to make incremental adjustments and then to document the final fit.
  • Versatile: You can fit any 26 inch, 650C, 700C or 29inch wheel size with effective center to center seat tubes up to 68 centimeters and as low as 44cm. Seat angles range from 69 to 82 degrees.
  • Compatible: Whether you use a Fit Kit, Serotta method, Slowtwitch.com (FIST) system or any other method, you'll find the layout easy to set up, refine and document your clients' fits.
  • Precise: The angle plates offer precise 1/2 degree increments thanks to the pre-drilled angle plates.
  • What You See is What You Get: Your customers can easily envision the top tube slope of their frame thanks to the head tube design.
  • Stock as well as Custom Bike Fits: Our Zero-base Headset Stack lets you set the geometry based on your manufacturers's catalogs and internet presentations. Then you can use the fitting session to select and place the saddle and stem.
  • Durable: Rugged powder coated steel construction insures long life with minimal maintenance. The stainless steel sliders never rust.

The Fitmaster lets you bring the customer into the fitting process, increasing the confidence that you have the right fit!

One of the great features of the Fitmaster is the front plate assembly. This lets you perform two handy tasks. First, you can easily set up a fitmaster to match a stock frame geometry. This is especially important with today's sloped top tube geometries. With the head tube and the bottom bracket drop, you can easily calculate the location of the top of the head tube and therefore the correct top tube slope.

For custom frames, it also gives you a quick check for the front center. Simple measure from the center of the bottom bracket to the corresponding bottom bracket drop on the label, add in the expected fork rake and you have an excellent approximation of the front center. This helps you guard against toe overlap problems.
